The Kwons Come to Dinner

Our parents (both in Seoul) are mutual friends.  The Kwons are here for a year.  He's a visiting professor of Law at UNC.  We fed them, and their four children, Thai-spiced butternut squash soup, browned fresh pineapple with toasted coconut, Cauliflower Gratin with Gruyere, and Ginger Miso Spinach Salad with tomatoes and Radishes.  They left with promises of an invitation for Bibimbap.  Can't wait!

so happy you gathered our friend's family around your table and fed them fabulously. The Kwons and the Lees are wonderful and so are you!

The food looks so good and beautiful too.
I made your sisters Lentil burgers last night and they were as good if not better than you made them out to be!
