Sunday Drive: the ice version

Is what happens when too many days have passed indoors but the world outdoors is icy icy icy.

We were all in pajamas except the Papa and I in my $35 Costco boots that I put on in the car when I bought them after Christmas and I haven't taken them off since.

We tossed rocks as high as we could aiming to break the ice that we found on this pond.  Seth came alive.

Then, we took the cold baby and her escorts home, put ourselves to bed and sent Dr. Gooch off for an all-nighter in the ER.  Then, we woke...

...to find that the ice had found us.

I'm cold and thirty-two.

Thinking of you today. Love your pictures as usual!!! Being your senior by exactly one year, I feel it necessary to tell you that 32, was a great year. So far 33 isn't too scary either. Miss you!! Happy Birthday!!!!
