Pig Flu?

The above picture just loaded and Hazel, standing next to me, pointed and said with huge excitement, "There's Hazel frowing up!!"
Well, she wasn't when this photo was taken, but not to long before, she was. We've all been sick and have a laundry list of symptoms: SUPER sore throat, cough, fever, eye goop, green boogers, congestion...
So, this morning I quickly changed the channel from Sid The Science Kid to the Today Show and Anne Curry tells me there's a Swine Flu outbreak that started in Mexico but has moved to the us (even Ohio!). Then a screen popped up with MY list of symptoms bullet-pointed. So, what's your diagnosis? (our doctor's sleeping).

Sounds like PIG-FLU to me. I think it would be better if pigs could fly (present tense). Sorry.

My Lucy has it too here in TN. She's miserable. Our Dr. (who isn't sleeping) gave us Amoxicillin and antibiotic eye drops.

Hoping there's no pig germs in your house.

Don't let that Anne Curry worry you. Wait until the Stallion wakes....he will know just what to do. Hope you are ALL on the mend really, really soon!

This is me said...

All three of ours have it, too. The nurse practitioner (no docs available) said it's viral so, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do."

The misery continues one week later.

Hope yours (and mine) are feeling better soon!

I feel horrible that this might have started here! Our youngest had the sniffles while you were here, but he is fine now. May you all be on the mend soon!
