Fare from off the Farm

This is what we brought home on Monday (not pictured: blueberries, sweet peaches, watermelon, and canteloupe). I grilled the eggplant then topped it with a mixture of spring onions, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, a dash of red wine vinegar, and some feta cheese. Yum.

For dessert a rustic peach and raspberry galette with a buttery cornmeal pate brisee crust. Double yum.

Yum, you really know how to put on a spread! What delicious, fresh food. And, Avery! She is adorable. It's not fair to post pictures of her when I can't nuzzle on her sweet downy head!
