Regardless at Dusk with Whispers

6:25 pm. Both our faces bare-skinned and bodies jammied, the rest already in bed, we exchanged the day's last snuggles and kisses. To her, it does not matter the mood I find myself in--she offers bottomless smiles, regardless.

.Holding Hazel, waiting for the bottle to warm, I leaned into her ear and whispered, "I love you sweet Hazel." She instantly stopped her fidgeting, leaned back and looked at me like I had told her the greatest line ever composed. It was the best part of my day.

Yeah, the day was not one of my most stellar. I didn't feel I could put anyone through another of my "impatient mother" poems. I miss you, too Tasha!

That is the coolest photo. Just look at those dashing sets of blue eyes. Definitely the best part of the day to whisper sweet things into a sweet little girls ears.

Two beauties for sure!

Thank you for your input on my project tonight. It turned out nicely--I'll blog it tomorrow--I had 4 minutes to spare (whew!)

Hey J. I ran into your parents at IKEA. It's so nice to catch up this way. You're beautiful and so are your sweet kids.

You both look so beautiful. I love how babies can melt away the end of the day stresses that have been bottled up inside.

Hazel is as stunning as her mom. Whispering sweet love into an ear who understands and who in her own way wispered back the same with those smiles tops any day.
