"Smellavision" and Dinner for two

"Hey folks, mmm this smells good, I wish you had smellavision out there!" This was his retort after adding the almond extract to the apple cake topping. It was photo worthy.

And...here, parmesan chicken paillards with a sweet onion/cherry tomato compote and french haricot verts. The best part: a side of three kids in bed! These are the glory days...or, at least moments.

I can smell it. . . no smellavision needed! Looks DELICIOUS! I still remember that amazing lemon ckae Craig whipped up in NOLA. We were lucky enough to be invited over to help polish it off and boy was it dreamy. Every meal I have had in your home has been perfectly delicious, perfectly presented and enjoyed with the perfect company. You two make parenting three kids look romantic and carefree! So glad you could enjoy a quiet evening together.

lovely dinner. i think the most delicious is the side of three kids in bed! although having a husband make a dinner like that is close in the running.

I will take that side any day. A romantic dinner for two is definitely a close second. What a guy.

I can't decide which part is better, Craig cooking that fabulous dinner or being able to have a romantic dinner for two with the kids in bed! A magical combo for sure.
