Mourning the loss...of a sweater

I think it is beautiful. I tried it on even. I love when things "fit like a glove". The buttons are genius. The bell sleeves so romantic. It is made of boiled wool. I am letting go, finally, of the idea of owning it. It is a grieving process that I have had to work through in my mind. For the sake of being able to buy groceries I will not wear this sweater. Though, I may continue to dream of it. It's $198.00.

Jordan,
In about 18 months you can buy it...or have it made...I hear that delayed gratification is wonderful, though I am not too good at it myself.

That's what I keep saying about my "seven" jeans I am dying to own. They are the same price. I bet Kristi will find it for you. She always finds a great deal!

I can see why you're mourning it! Those buttons are genius indeed -- I'll have to remember that and try to duplicate the button idea sometime...

I too loved that sweater. Antropologie stuff always shows up other places. There is a great store here that sells really hip rich peoples second hand stuff-- I will keep an eye out for you.

Jenny- they have great deals on 7's at the Nordstrom sales. I have also seen them at sample sales for half the price (I will keep an eye out for you as well)

You'd look beautiful in that sweater, but seriously $198 that's just not right.
